As we step into this new season at 1737; we’re doing so with full hearts; big dreams, and a whole lot of gratitude. Last year taught us so much about stewardship, patience, growth, and trusting the process even when the results aren’t immediate. Every lesson, every harvest, every challenge has helped shape what’s coming next.

And let me tell you… this year is going to be good.

What’s Growing at 1737

This year, we’re leaning even deeper into our mission, connecting people back to the land, to real food, and to the joy that comes from growing something with your own hands.

You’ll see more education, more hands-on opportunities, and more ways to be part of what we’re building here. From the garden to the coop, from seedlings to harvest, we’re committed to sharing the why and the how behind everything we do.

We’re also opening the door to potential collaborations with other growers, gardeners, and farmers; people who share our values and our love for the land. We believe there’s something powerful about working together, learning from one another, and building a stronger local food community side by side.

And because learning is best when you can see and experience it, we’re exploring the possibility of hosting garden tours right here at 1737. Spaces where you can walk the gardens, ask questions, and see firsthand how everything works together.

We’re also dreaming up micro food forest classes, designed for those with small yards, urban spaces, or even containers, because you don’t need acres of land to grow abundance. Just intention, knowledge, and a willingness to start.

A Little Sneak Peek 👀

One of the things we’re most excited about is the potential launch of a 1737 web store. This has been a long-time dream, and we’re finally planting those seeds. The goal? To make it easier for you to access the things we grow, create, and believe in right from wherever you are.

Think thoughtfully grown goods, homestead-inspired offerings, and items that support a more intentional, sustainable lifestyle. And as we grow, that may also include offerings from some of the incredible growers and makers we collaborate with along the way.
